I chose schools for my own children here. I'll walk you through the real differences, not the brochures.
Three tracks
International
British, American, French, German curricula. Strong if the family is likely to move again, or if children are mid-curriculum.
Bilingual private
Spanish schools with a serious English programme. A middle path: integration with the country, without losing language continuity.
Spanish (concertado / público)
Full immersion. The fastest road to fluency and friends, best suited to younger children and families staying long term.
How I help
We start with your children: ages, languages, personalities, how long you expect to stay. From there I shortlist two or three schools that actually fit, and explain honestly where each one is strong and where it isn't.
I arrange visits, prepare you for the conversations, and help with the application paperwork. The home search is built around the schools we choose, never the other way around.
