I've stood exactly where you're standing.

I'm from Valencia and a mother of two, raising my children in the area just north of the city. I also spent almost a decade in finance in Switzerland before returning home with my own family, choosing our village, picking our schools. So I know this region from the inside, and I also know what it means to land here from somewhere else.

That's why I started Clania. I didn't know how exhausting it would be to find a home from abroad, the missed viewings, the half-truths, the photos that flatter. When I sit with a family now, I'm not reading from a brochure: I know the school runs, the afternoon parks, the streets that go quiet at night. This is the part of relocation no agent can give you, and it's the part that decides whether a move becomes a life.

Today I work with a small number of international families each year, almost always relocating from the UK, Germany, France or the Netherlands. My focus is narrow on purpose: the towns just north of Valencia, Rocafort, Godella, Bétera and Moncada, and Valencia city itself.
