Clania is a small, founder-led practice. I take the privacy of the people who write to me as seriously as I take their move. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you share with me.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email: your name, your email address, where you are relocating from, your timeline, and anything you write in the message field. Nothing more.
The website itself does not use analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party profiling tools. No banner is needed because no tracking takes place.
Why I collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to continue our conversation about your move to Valencia. That is the only purpose.
Who sees it
Only me. Your details are never shared, sold, rented, or passed to a third party for marketing. They are never added to any mailing list or newsletter.
The only technical processors involved are the providers I rely on to receive and store your message (email and form delivery), bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection terms. If, during a property search, a step requires sharing a specific detail with a notary, lawyer, or inspector you have engaged, I will ask you first.
How long I keep it
Only for as long as needed to continue our conversation, or to meet any legal obligation that may apply once we work together. If our exchange does not lead anywhere, I delete your details.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may, at any time, ask me to access, correct, or delete your details, or to stop using them. Write to hello@clania.co and I will act on your request promptly.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent when you send the form, and on the legitimate interest of replying to a private enquiry addressed to me.
